Founding Partner, Client Relations

Kim Szabo leads the concierge side of The Aspen Haus Collective. She brings a dependable, client-first approach to AHC’s luxury concierge services, shaped by her upbringing in Boca Raton, Florida and now living in the Aspen/Snowmass area.

Kim’s professional background consists of design-focused, corporate roles. She was trained in design at a successful lace textile company in South Florida, where she developed a sharp eye for detail and an appreciation for luxury design aesthetics. Surrounded by beautiful architecture and the affluent lifestyle that the area is known for, she developed a deep appreciation for fine living and the necessary commitment to providing exceptional service.

Kim brings this experience to life at AHC through personalized home preparation, proactive seasonal readiness, and a warm, relationship-driven approach to concierge care. Her primary focus is to support homeowners and their families, ensuring every home is personally prepared for under her care.

Louie Szabo

Founding Partner, Operations

Louie Szabo is the co-founder of The Aspen Haus Collective, bringing more than 25 years of senior operational leadership, turnaround expertise, and exceptional customer service to luxury property management in the Roaring Fork Valley. A former director of manufacturing, plant manager, consultant, and cultural transformation leader across multiple industries, Louie built his career on honesty, trust, and disciplined leadership — values that define the AHC experience.

Before launching AHC, Louie led multimillion-dollar manufacturing operations and consulted mainly in the manufacturing realm, specializing in production efficiency improvements, KPI-driven performance, safety focus, acquisition integration, and improving organizational culture. His background gives him a rare combination of executive-level professionalism and hands-on problem solving — exactly what discerning homeowners in the Aspen/Snowmass area expect when entrusting their property to The Aspen Haus Collective.

Now living in the Aspen/Snowmass area, Louie is now using his decades of operational discipline into a boutique, limited-portfolio model that prioritizes trust, reliability, and responsive communication. His operational experience ensures every home receives the personal oversight only a boutique-sized property manager can provide.

Louie’s mission is simple: To deliver outstanding service to every Aspen Haus Collective client.
