Kim Szabo
FounderKim Szabo leads the concierge side of The Aspen Haus Collective. She brings a dependable, client-first approach to AHC’s luxury concierge services, shaped by her upbringing in Boca Raton, Florida and now living in the Aspen/Snowmass area.
Kim’s professional background consists of design-focused, corporate roles. She was trained in design at a successful lace textile company in South Florida, where she developed a sharp eye for detail and an appreciation for luxury design aesthetics. Surrounded by beautiful architecture and the affluent lifestyle that the area is known for, she developed a deep appreciation for fine living and the necessary commitment to providing exceptional service.
Kim brings this experience to life at AHC through personalized home preparation, proactive seasonal readiness, and a warm, relationship-driven approach to concierge care. Her primary focus is to support homeowners and their families, ensuring every home is personally prepared for under her care.
